Tell us what you are thinking about
The first visit is a walk around the property and an honest conversation about budget. You will know the range and the reasons for it before anybody draws anything.
Request a consultation
Tell us a little about your property and what you have in mind, and we will set up a time to walk it with you.

What happens after you call
We walk the property with you. That visit is where the real constraints come out: the grade, the access for equipment, where the sun lands in July, whether the side gate is wide enough for a machine, and how much rock the neighbors hit. Those four or five facts decide the budget far more than the shape of the pool does, and none of them are visible in a photograph you send us.
You leave that conversation with a range and the reason for it, before any design work starts. If what you want and what the lot allows are not the same thing, we would rather say so on the first visit than draw something that has to be redesigned once it is priced.
What is useful to have ready
None of this is required, and all of it speeds things up: a rough budget range, even a wide one; whether your community runs an architectural review committee; any grading or plot plan the builder gave you; and a short list of what the space has to do, which is usually more useful than pictures of what it should look like. If you already have drawings from someone else, bring those too. We will tell you honestly what is worth keeping in them.
Work anywhere in the valley goes through the permitting authority for that city, which is not always the one on your postal address. Tell us the cross streets and we will confirm which one applies to your property.
