Nevada's complete outdoor living team

LegendaryPools &Landscapes

Design. Build. Maintain.

The pool and the yard around it, built by one team. Most backyards in this valley are built by two companies that never spoke to each other. We do both halves, which is why the parts where they meet actually work.

About Legendary

A legacy built in backyards

For more than two decades, founder Miles Reynolds has worked in luxury backyards across Las Vegas, building custom courts for high-end homes alongside the region's best architects, landscapers and pool builders. He saw where backyard projects come together and where they fall apart: bids that cannot be compared, crews that do not coordinate, and homeowners left managing five contractors.

Legendary Pools & Landscapes was created to fix that. One carefully assembled backyard dream team designs, builds and maintains the whole space, so the finished yard feels intentional and complete instead of hopeful.

Why Legendary reigns

What every homeowner struggles with, before and after the build

After twenty years in high-end backyards, the same problems come up on almost every project, whether it is a pool, the landscaping or the whole yard. They are not one-off issues. They are predictable, so we built the company around solving them.

  1. 1Cost“Why are the bids so different, and what am I actually getting?”
  2. 2Trust“Who can I actually trust to do this right?”
  3. 3Communication“Why can nobody just keep me updated?”
  4. 4Delays“Why is this taking so long?”
  5. 5Too many contractors“Why do I have to coordinate everything myself?”
  6. 6The big picture“How do I know it is all going to come together?”
  7. 7After the build“Who takes care of this long term?”

The Legendary difference

  • One team, one vision: we handle everything
  • Built for the desert, with materials that last
  • Consistent communication from start to finish

01 / Water

Pools made for the way you live

Shape, depth, equipment and finish resolved against the house and the landscape, then maintained by the people who built them.

02 / Land

Landscapes with structure and soul

Planting, grade, hardscape, turf and shade planned together, for a climate that finds every compromise on a schedule.

What we do

Five things, done properly

Landscaping

Most Las Vegas yards fail in their second summer, not their first. We plan for the second summer.

See landscaping

Artificial Turf

Turf does not fail because of the turf. It fails because of what somebody did or did not do underneath it.

Outdoor Living

In this climate the backyard is a room. Shade, surface and seating are what decide whether anyone uses it.

Pool Service

Desert pools are harder to keep than they look. Evaporation, dust and heat work against the water every single day.

Pools

A pool is the most expensive thing most people will ever put in a backyard. It should be designed with the backyard, not before it.

Pool and landscape design

See the whole space before anyone digs

Changes are free on paper and expensive in concrete. Detailed layouts and 3D renderings let you see the backyard before construction starts, so every decision that shapes how the yard performs gets settled in the drawing.

  • The property first, not a catalogue
  • Sun, grade and drainage resolved on paper
  • Sightlines from the rooms you actually use
  • Pool and landscape drawn as one plan
  • Materials and finishes chosen together
  • Budget staged before anything is committed

Ongoing maintenance

Care that protects the original decision

Water chemistry, equipment, surfaces, planting, irrigation and lighting looked after by the same company that installed them. Nothing gets blamed on the other contractor, because there is no other contractor.

Pool care

Weekly service, chemistry, filtration and equipment checks, repairs, leak detection, acid wash and green pool recovery.

Landscape care

Pruning and plant health, irrigation repairs, lighting, turf upkeep and the seasonal adjustments a Mojave yard needs to stay alive.

Why this matters here

Southern Nevada punishes shortcuts on a schedule

Anyone can make a backyard photograph well in April. This climate finds the compromises by the second summer: turf laid over an under-compacted base starts to ripple, planting chosen for the wrong exposure thins out, a patio with no shade becomes furniture nobody sits on, and pool equipment that was undersized on paper runs itself into the ground in July.

Everything on this site is organised around the parts of the work that decide those outcomes, which are almost never the parts you can see on the day the job finishes.

That is why the same company that designs and builds the yard stays on to maintain it. It is the only way anyone finds out whether the decisions held up.

How a project runs

Four stages, one accountable company

01

Discovery and vision

We start with how you live, entertain and use the space, and walk the property with you. This is where the vision, the goals and the real scope get defined.

02

Design and planning

Pool, landscaping, hardscape and outdoor living drawn as one concept, with 3D renderings so you see the backyard before the first shovel goes in. Materials, layouts and finishes get chosen here, where changes cost nothing.

03

Construction and installation

From excavation to final planting, every stage is coordinated under one team. We manage the timeline, the vendors and the communication, so you are not the project manager.

04

Ongoing maintenance

Once it is finished we keep caring for it: pool service and landscape maintenance by the company that built it, so it keeps looking and working the way it did on day one.

Common questions

Asked on the first visit, most weeks

Do you handle the pool and the landscape as one project?

Yes. That is the reason this company is set up the way it is. When the pool contractor and the landscaper are separate firms, the deck transitions, the equipment screening and the irrigation routing belong to nobody until they become the homeowner’s problem.

What areas do you serve?

Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin and the surrounding Las Vegas valley.

Do you service pools you did not build?

No. Our pool service is for the pools we build, which is what lets us tell you exactly what is going on behind the wall.
